education system in Saudi Arabia and South Korea


                There are several similarities and differences in regard to time spend in school in Saudi Arabia. First, both students in Saudi Arabia and South Korea required attending school for 12 years. Second, in Saudi Arabia, there are three levels elementary, intermediate, and high school. On the another hand, in South Korea, there are three levels, but it is depend on if you want to get high school or not. Third, in Saudi Arabia, the students stay in school 6 hours per day. On the another hand, in South Korea, the students stay in school 11 hours per day, and in Saudi Arabia, the students go to school five days a week, but in South Korea the students have different days per week. The first week they attend school for 5 days and get 2 days vacation, and second week they attend for 6 days and get 1 day vacation. Fourth, students in Saudi Arabia have 3 months summer vacation, 10 days winter vacation and 10 days spring vacation, but South Korea students have the same system as United States of America. These are the differences education system between Saudi Arabia and South Korea.
